CHEF JAMES COCHRAN
Margarita Rumble is pleased to announce that chef James Cochran, of B.Y.O.C. in SoHo and the recently opened EC3 in Aldgate will be serving up some top notch tummy fillers from those wanting a break from drink sampling.
A heritage stemming from St. Vincent in the Caribbean and Glasgow Scotland, James grew up in Whitstable, Kent, where his love of seafood was kickstarted at an early age before he ventured to London. James was lucky enough to have had the best training in the business under Head Chef Brett Graham at the renowned "The Ledbury" then moving onto the gastropub "The Harwood Arms."
James' new restaurant in the heart of the city, James Cochran EC3, voted by Fay Maschler as one of her top 10 openings in 2016, encompasses his Michelin training into his relaxed vibes, bringing his innovative and now celebrated food to the masses.
